OUR PROJECTS
Development with Purpose. Vision with Momentum.
Aurum manages projects that strengthen communities, activate underutilized spaces, and create long-term economic value. Our work spans multi-block redevelopment, food and retail innovation, and scalable neighborhood concepts designed for modern living.
The following projects represent both active developments and long-term strategic initiatives currently in planning, entitlement, or partnership formation.
Hudson Corridor Redevelopment
(Multi-Block Urban Development Plan — Oklahoma City)
The Hudson Corridor Redevelopment is Aurum’s flagship multi-block initiative — a long-term revitalization strategy designed to transform the underutilized stretch of Hudson Avenue into a vibrant, mixed-use district.
This redevelopment framework includes housing, retail, restaurants, walkable corridors, structured parking, neighborhood services, and community amenities. It is a multi-phase effort intended to create new economic activity and restore the connective tissue of the surrounding urban environment.
STOOP
(Urban Micro-Retail & Community Convenience Store)
Stoop at Lift is Aurum’s modernized corner-store prototype designed for mixed-use communities and residential-dense environments. Located within the Lift building, Stoop brings curated convenience and neighborhood engagement to an activated street-level storefront.
Concept Highlights:
-
Curated essentials & prepared foods
-
Coffee and beverage offerings
-
Local goods and daily-use items
-
Late-night access tailored to urban living
-
Efficient small-footprint retail operations
Stoop functions as a real-world testing ground for Aurum’s micro-retail strategy and informs the expanded Mercato roll-out.
MERCATO
(Neighborhood Retail System & Scalable Micro-Market Concept)
Mercato is the expanded evolution of the Stoop concept — a four-location network of walkable micro-markets positioned to serve communities with curated essentials, locally sourced products, and tech-enabled operations.
Designed as a franchise-ready model, Mercato brings accessible convenience and elevated retail selection into underserved residential corridors.
Mercato Program Includes:
-
Four pilot locations across targeted neighborhoods
-
Unified brand and product philosophy
-
Efficient operational and supply-chain infrastructure
-
Franchise documentation and scaling pathway
-
Integrations with Aurum’s broader redevelopment strategy
Mercato connects residents to the everyday items they need while supporting neighborhood economic vitality.
GROCERYCO
(Community Grocery Prototype & Local Food Access Model)
GroceryCo is Aurum’s next-generation grocery concept — a small-format grocery store engineered for accessibility, affordability, and operational discipline.
Unlike big-box grocers, GroceryCo focuses on:
-
High-turnover essentials
-
Local selection where possible
-
Clean, warm design
-
Streamlined layout
-
Neighborhood placement rather than highway placement
-
Smart stocking and inventory systems
The concept is designed to function both as an anchor tenant inside large redevelopment projects and as a standalone neighborhood grocery solution.
